Ethiopia Korma – Natural

Sourced from the renowned Guji zone in southern Ethiopia, Korma is cultivated at high altitudes between 1,900 and 2,100 meters above sea level. Naturally dried on raised beds, this coffee embodies the iconic elegance of southern Ethiopian terroirs, featuring vibrant fruit clarity, delicate floral aromas, and a smooth, syrupy sweetness.

The traditional natural process allows the sugars within the coffee cherries to fully absorb into the seed during sun-drying, resulting in a vibrant cup rich in bright fruit character and balanced sweetness.
