Product Description:

Cafiza by Urnex is a professional cleaning powder designed to remove coffee oils and residue from espresso machines. Ideal for daily cleaning of group heads, valves, and lines. Also great for soaking parts like portafilters and baskets.

    Directions for Use:

    Backflushing with Cafiza:

    1. Insert blind filter into portafilter and add 1/2 tsp (3g) of Cafiza powder

    2. Insert portafilter into group head

    3. Run brew cycle for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds – repeat 5 times

    4. Rinse thoroughly by repeating the brew cycle with clean water 5 times

    5. Make and discard one shot of espresso to clear any residue

    Soaking Machine Parts:

    1. Mix 6g of Cafiza per 1 liter of hot water

    2. Soak parts (e.g., portafilter baskets, screens) for up to 30 minutes

    3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
