What is Cold Brew?

A Commercial Cold Brew System refers to coffee brewed with cold water instead of hot water, typically steeped for 12-24 hours. It’s as simple as soaking coarse coffee grounds in water overnight for a delicious brew.

How to make it?

  • To use the Cold Brew Lifter in the coffee maker, place it feet down in the brewing container, ensuring the spigot remains clear.

  • Next, insert the Commercial Filter paper with the open end facing up, resting it on top of the lifter.

  • Add 2kg of coarse ground coffee into the filter, then slowly pour about 11.2 Liters of cool water over the grounds, ensuring they are fully saturated.

  • Tie the filter bag closed with the string, leaving room for movement.

  • Cover with the lid and let it brew for 12-24 hours.

  • After brewing, pour the concentrate into a suitable container, close the spigot, and let it rest for an additional 15-30 minutes.

  • Decant the remaining concentrate and refrigerate for storage.

  • For cleanup, carefully remove the filter and grounds from the container, being cautious as the wet filter can tear easily.

  • Dispose of the filter and grounds, then rinse the Commercial Cold Brew System Lifter and air-dry it for reuse.
