Al-Shathliya is a traditional Saudi-style light roast coffee, known as "Gahwa Shaqra" (blonde coffee). This roast preserves the bean's natural sweetness and highlights delicate flavor notes.

Roast Level: Light – carefully roasted to bring out the coffee’s natural characteristics.
