Nawaat Date Palm Coffee is a specialty beverage that uses roasted date palm seeds. We roast the date pit with nutty, caramel and brown sugar flavors depending on the level of roasting. The process simply involves roasting the seeds and then grinding them while keeping the nutrients intact versus the complex processing of the coffee. Date kernel coffee produces a drink similar to coffee in terms of aroma and color. It mixes well with milk.

Brew Method , For 1 Cup : 

  1. Add 25 g of date seed coffee into the french press cup 

  2. Pour a 250 ml of boiling water ( preferred to be at 95-92 C )

  3. Stir the mix for 5 Seconds

  4. Let it brew for 4 Minutes

  5. Pour it in your cup & enjoy

 

قهوة نواة التمر هي مشروب متخصص يستخدم بذور نخيل التمر المحمصة. تحتوي قهوة نواة التمر على نكهات الجوز والكراميل والسكر البني حسب مستوى التحميص. حيث تتضمن العملية ببساطة تحميص البذور ثم طحنها مع الحفاظ على العناصر الغذائية سليمة مقابل المعالجة المعقدة للقهوة. تنتج قهوة نواة التمر مشروبًا مشابهًا للقهوة من حيث الرائحة واللون. يمتزج جيدًا مع الحليب.

طريقة التخمير لكوب واحد : 

- أضف 25 جرامًا من قهوة نواة التمر إلى كوب الفرنش برس 

- صب 250 مل من الماء المغلي (يفضل أن يكون بدرجة حرارة 95-92 مئوية) 

- حرك المزيج لمدة 5 ثواني 

- اتركها تتشرب لمدة 4 دقائق 

- اسكبه في كوبك واستمتع
