  • يُعبأ الوعاء السُفلي بمياه نقيّة حتى حدود الصمام.
  • يُضاف بن القهوة المطحون في المصفاة.
  • يُغلق الوعاء العُلوي بإحكام وتوضع الغلاية على سطح الفرن.
  • يتم إشعال الحرارة للتسخين. وعندما تبدأ المياه الباردة في الوعاء السُفلي بالغلَيان، سيقوم الضغط بدفعها إلى أعلى مروراً بالقهوة المطحونة
  • وبعد عدة دقائق، سيُسمع صوت الغليان ويُملء الوعاء العلوي للغلاية بالاسبريسو
  • تُرفع الغلاية عن الحرارة وتُترك حتى يخرج البخار من الحوض العلوي. تُقدم القهوة ويُستمتع به
  • السعة 300 مل تكفي لعدد 6 كوب
  • The bottom container is filled with pure water up to the valve boundary.
    • Add the ground coffee grounds to the colander.
    • The upper container is tightly closed and the boiler is placed on the surface of the oven.
    • The thermostat is ignited for heating. And when the cold water in the lower container begins to boil, the pressure will push it up and into the ground coffee.
    • After several minutes, a boil will be heard and the upper bowl of the kettle will be filled with espresso
    • Remove the boiler from the heat and leave until the steam escapes from the upper basin. Coffee is served and enjoyed
    • Capacity of 300 ml is sufficient for 6 cups
