The Story Behind the Cup:
This release marks our first collaboration with Tracon Trading PLC, a trusted new partner in Ethiopia. The coffee hails from the Shakiso woreda in the Guji Zone, where cherries are cultivated at high elevations and meticulously processed to highlight clarity and complexity.
After careful handpicking, cherries undergo floatation to remove defects, followed by a short shaded drying phase before being spread on raised African beds. The drying process is closely monitored for 15–18 days, ensuring even fermentation and premium cup quality.
