Foreigners Everywhere – Biennale Arte 2024
Limited Edition Cappuccino Cups Set of 2 (Mahku & Paula Nicho)

Created for the 60th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale, this exclusive illy Art Collection set features two signed and numbered 150 ml porcelain cappuccino cups with matching saucers, decorated with original artworks by MAHKU and Paula Nicho. Each artist contributes a unique visual narrative, offering a window into their cultural heritage and creative imagination—central themes of the Biennale Arte 2024 exhibition, “Foreigners Everywhere.”

Curated by Adriano Pedrosa, the illy Art Collection celebrates global artistic diversity through finely crafted porcelain pieces that transcend functional design. Each cup is conceived as a collectible miniature artwork, combining illy’s renowned porcelain craftsmanship with contemporary artistic expression.
Due to artisanal production methods, subtle decorative variations or small imperfections may occur; these are inherent to the handcrafted process and cannot be considered defects.

As part of illy’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility, the collection aligns with the brand’s B-Corp certification, awarded for meeting the highest standards of sustainability, transparency, and positive community impact.
